Preventative maintenance and comprehensive support commercial services are required for the Unify OpenScape Xpert Dispatch Solution currently utilized by the 48th Fighter Wing (48 FW) at RAF Lakenheath. This includes two (2) OpenScape Voice Nodes totaling six (6) controller positions across two locations (Buildings 1084 and 1240). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision to ensure the Unify System is maintained and supported in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Compliance with all applicable federal, regional, and local laws and commercial standards is required. FAR Parts 12 and 13 apply.
