Synopsis: The C5ISR Center is seeking information from industry regarding state of the art Precision Reference Systems to support precision alignment (north-finding alignment) of ARMY ground-based radar systems. Highly accurate north-finding alignment is critical in order to minimize biases contributing to overall radar accuracy.
