This Request for Information (RFI) is for a tentative requirement for the Army's Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) to satisfy combatant logistics automation requirements and sustainment needs in support of the Product Lead, Logistics Information Systems (PL LIS), Fort Lee, Virginia. This RFI is for the purpose of identifying Vendor’s capabilities as part of the PL LIS market research for the above services. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a Request for Proposal, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. 1. All businesses with the below listed capabilities are requested to submit an electronic capabilities package that does not exceed three (3) pages (all inclusive with the exception of the title page, and table of contents). The capabilities package shall be concise and focused. Incomplete packages will not be favorably reviewed. Vendors shall submit the requested information via email to the Contract Specialist, Jordan Cosgrove, at jordan.e.cosgrove.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, Katie Young, at katie.m.young9.civ@mail.mil with the Subject: “PBUSE RFI” no later than 4:00 PM CT/ 5:00 PM ET October 06, 2021. 2. The Government will not answer questions or accept phone calls related to this RFI other than the formal submission of responses. 3. A draft copy of the Government’s Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided under this request to assist interested vendors with preparation. This document is draft only and is not considered a final document. 4. The Government will not review sales brochures, videos, and other marketing information materials. 5. The Government will not review cost or price information. All responses must include the following information: Company name; Company address; Company business size; Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and current Facility Clearance Level; Current North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes; Point-of-contact name, telephone number, and email address. The contractor’s ability to manage, as prime contractor, the types and magnitude of the requirements identified in the PWS; The contractor’s technical ability and functional knowledge possessed to meet the requirements identified in the PWS; The contractor’s feedback for this requirement in regards to whether a cost or fixed price type contract is more appropriate and rationale why the suggested type is preferred; and A description of same or similar relevant performance past and/or current customers to which you provided similar support services as identified in the PWS.
