This is a small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 334310 and the size standard is 750 employees. Solicitation number 2025UFR#5 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 Effective June 11, 2025. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract.
