Hood Ducts Pricing Sheet Final These forms must be appropriately filled out. _______________________________________________________________________________________ DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that hoods and ducts cleaning services are performed at Tyndall Air Force Base in a satisfactory manner. RFQ must include the latest filled out pricing work sheet, solicitation and amendment along with other requested information or your quote may be found to be technically unacceptable. BASIC SERVICES. The contractor shall clean hoods and ducts systems to include grease filters and exposed surfaces within the area of the hood as indicated in Table 1. in accordance with NFPA Standard 96, AFOSH 91-203 Protection and Prevention, and other local, state, and federal rules and procedures. The contractor shall submit a planned cleaning schedule to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for approval monthly within the first 10 day of the month. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. AMMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION: The site visit has been rescheduled for 15 AUG 8:00 AM CST, once you have expressed intrest in attending, further infromation reguarding specific meeting places for the site visit will be given out on you confirm your attendance. The due date for questions associated with this solicitation will be due 21 AUG 2:00 PM CST. Questions have been answered in a word document that is now attached. Along with an updated pricing sheet. Final quotes are due 03 SEP 2024 at 1:00pm CST QUESTION: Hello, We see that the work load has basically been cut in half for this project and there is a new pricing sheet in the sol. At the bottom of this amendment it says "Hood and Ducts PWS August 2024 Final revised 14 Aug 24" was added but we don't see it.Our biggest question is, aside from reducing the work load (frequency you'll need all the hoods cleanded), is the PWS the same? ANSWER: Final PWS has been uploaded.
