The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of prospective sources for potential future needs including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma is considering soliciting for a catered meals contract or blanket purchase agreement. At a minimum the vendor will need to meet the following capabilities: Provide up to 750 meals at a time Please advise if you can provide breakfast, lunch/dinner and/or boxed meals based on Indidividual meal requirements that include: 1) Breakfast Meal Requirement. The breakfast meal shall, at a minimum, include the following classes of foods and servings per person: __ Eggs (1) __ Meat (1) __ Fruit or vegetable (1) __ Starch, bread, or potatoes (1), __ Hot or cold cereal (1), __ Drinks including but not limited to coffee, juice, and milk. 2) Lunch and Dinner Meal Requirement. The lunch and dinner meal shall, at a minimum, include the following classes of foods and servings per person: __ Entrée to include a 6 oz. serving of protein (1) __ Vegetables (2) __ Starch, bread, or potatoes (1) __ Fruit or dessert (1) __ Drinks shall include coffee plus choice of two other drinks, such as flavor aid, tea, juice, soda or punch. 3) Boxed Lunch Meal Requirement. The boxed lunch meal, at a minimum, includes the following classes of foods and servings per person: __ 6” Sub style or round bun sandwich with 5.5 to 5.75 ounces of ham or turkey with American cheese __ Condiments available on the side (lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles) __ Individually portioned Mayonnaise, Mustard, Black Pepper and Salt Packet __ 1.5 ounce Bag of Potato Chips __ 1.5 ounce Cookie or piece of fresh fruit (banana, orange, apple) __ 12 ounce Soft Drink (Can), Water or Fruit Juice 4) Lunch Boxed Meal (2nd Option) Requirement. The lunch boxed meal (2nd option) shall, at a minimum, include the following classes of foods and servings per person: __ Entrée to include a 6 oz. serving of protein (1) __ Vegetables (2) __ Starch, bread, or potatoes (1) __ Fruit or dessert (1) __ Drinks shall include coffee plus choice of two other drinks, such as flavor aid, tea, juice, soda or punch. Contractor will provide alternate meals to meet the needs of soldiers who have special dietary needs in the kinds and quantities ordered by the Government (for example, but not limited to, vegetarian or vegan).
