This is a Request for Information (RFI) to determine the availability and capability of vendors to support multiple trade Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) of various disciplines involving maintenance and repair services. The Government's intent will be to award multiple award BPAs for each trade. This requirement falls under NAICS code 561320: Temporary Help Services. The purpose these multiple BPAs will be to assist with the clearing of backlogged work orders for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) and is not intended to supplement the current workforce. Potential trades and services include but are not limited to: • Plumbing • Drywall/Structure Repairs • HVAC • Electrical Systems Please refer to the attached list of services for further information. Please provide capability responses no later than close of business 13 February 2019. Provide within your capability response any suggestions to include any pricing concerns, execution concerns, industry recommendations and/or additional recommended services. If you wish to provide a capabilities briefing to our office, please provide that request as well.
