This contract is for the Maintenance of Family Housing Quarters, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community - Rose Barracks, Germany. This work includes renovation work in Government owned family quarters, "Bachelor Officers Quarters (BOQ)" and "Senior Enlisted Bachelor Officers Quarters (SEBOQ)" in Rose Barracks (Vilseck) and Fitzthum Village (Vilseck), as well as in leased quarters in Amberg, Edelsfeld, Freihung, Hahnbach, Kaltenbrunn, Schlicht, Sorghof, Vilseck and others within a radius of 40 kilometers from Rose Barracks. 2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of Euro 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 26,000,000.00. 3. Contract Period: 01 March 2025 - 28 February 2030 4. Fourty (40) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 5. The solicitation will be sent to you on or around 20 December 2024 with a closing date on or around 21 January 2025. Paper copies will not be available. 6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 7. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
