The 436th Contracting Squadron (436 CONS) is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to provide and install approximately 25 various sized tents ranging from 10'x10' to 40'x80' including ballasts as well as approximately 180 tables and 1800 chairs for the Dover AFB Open House 2019. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes only and will be used to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as quotes, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. Contact with Government personnel other than those specified in this RFI by potential offerors or their employees regarding this project is prohibited. This FedBizOps notice is an announcement seeking market information on vendors capable of providing the product as described herein. For purposed of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532284, Recreational Goods Rental, and the small business size standard is $7.5 million.
