It is highly encouraged to attend the conference, please have the SOW and attachments available during the meeting for reference while we are talking through them. The site visit will take place Wednesday 10 Feb 2021 at 10AM. After receiving your base pass please proceed to hanger 64 for the start of the site visit, we will be meeting in front of the building for a short briefing before entering the workspace. Once we conclude the tour of hanger 64 we will drive over to hanger 12 for the final portion of the walk through. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to renovate two different facilities in support for the 560th Flying Training Squadron. The Contractor shall start work on Hangar 12, then proceed to Hangar 64. Starting with Hangar 12, work shall consist of demolishing ceiling grid, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, removal of existing walls, door frames with doors, HVAC duct lines, carpet tiles, and abatement of joint compound on inner walls. Hangar 64 work shall include installation of water line, vent and connection to drain lines for a washing machine and dryer. Both Hanger 12 and Hanger 64 are located on Joint Base San Antonio, Randolph (JBSA-RND) Texas (TX).
