The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to RESEARCH ELECTRONICS INTERNATIONAL, LLC, 455 Security DR, Cookeville, Tennessee 38506-4941, United States, for two (2) Research Electronics International (REI) Tactical TSCM Kits (TTK) and three (3) REI ORION Deluxe 900 MHz/2.4 GHz non-linear junction detectors (NLJD), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The procurement is for TACTICAL TSCM KIT/NON-LINEAR JUNCTION DETECTOR at NGA Campus East (NCE). This effort will provide NGA with the capabilities to conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) and TEMPEST missions. NGA believes RESEARCH ELECTRONICS INTERNATIONAL, LLC is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this requirement. No competition is being sought. Delivery will be 12 weeks after contract award. This is a synopsis prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any entity that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification no later than the stated response date. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
