This requirement is anticipated as an urgent need. The C-5 Manual Trim Valve is part of the hydraulic manifold assembly that controls the C-5 Pitch Trim Actuator's Nut Drive Motor. The Pitch Trim Actuator positions the entire horizontal stabilizer assembly for the pitch trim of the C-5 aircraft. The Government owns all designs and data needed for manufacturing. Interested parties shall be registered in the Joint Certification Program and approved to view Export Control and shall submit evidence of their certification in order to obtain the associated technical data packages.
