Diagnosis of problems/issues or performance deficiencies of the nFocus Software reported and reproducible errors. 2. Resolution of problems/issues or performance deficiencies of the nFocus Software. 3. Copyrighted patches, updates, releases, and new versions of the nFocus Software along with other generally available technical material. 4. Technical assistance under this agreement and to rectify or provide solutions to problems where the Software does not function as described in the nFocus Software documentation. 5. TraxSolutions student licenses for DoD personnel not covered under the Army Enterprise License.
