The U.S. government requires stevedoring and related terminal services for the import and export of designated USG cargo throughout the Sultanate of Oman, including the seaports of Duqm, Salalah, and Sohar, Thumrait Royal Airbase, Duqm International Airfield, and other designated locations within Oman. The contractor will provide facility support, cargo security, customs clearance documentation, and cargo processing from reception by air or vessel through disposition by inland transportation to and from all designated nodes. All tasks must be completed as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Compensation will be made at the applicable commodity rate according to the designated Schedule of Rates.
