The purpose of RFI #6 is to identify risks, capabilities, and any other considerations from our industry partners with respect to future NTS-C Prime Contractor IT systems and how they will integrate and interface with the Government’s IT system, MilMove. USTRANSCOM is posting subject RFI with the intent to obtain feedback from Industry to understand current IT capabilities and the level of effort, time, and costs involved with meeting the proposed PWS requirements. The general scope of the NTS-C program is to provide storage facilities, operating authority, permits and licenses, labor services, materials, supervision, management, personnel, office space and file storage, mandatory insurance, equipment and all other services required for the storage of NTS within the Continental United States (CONUS), Hawaii and Alaska in accordance with (IAW) Defense Transportation Regulations (DTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), DoD Personal Property Consignment Instruction Guide (PPCIG), and all other applicable Regulations. A major component to supporting the scope of services includes the proposed IT Systems and Systems Integration requirements, which have been updated for review within the RFI #6. **This RFI is related to TRANSCOM22R026 where draft PWS documents have been posted.
