USTRANSCOM is seeking sources that possess the capability to provide Traffic Engineering Services to SDDCTEA supporting Traffic Engineering Branch requirements in accordance with the details and specifications outlined in this PWS. This includes Traffic Engineering Services and Analysis; Traffic Engineering Publications, Training Materials, and Tools; and Traffic Engineering Studies.
