This contract will manage the use, performance, and delivery of IT services, both SIPR on-prem, and in the NIPR GovCloud. In addition, the contract will provide cloud services support between the cloud service provider (CSP) and cloud consumers (SDDC, USTC and AMC systems managed and supported by SDDC).
