The Government is seeking information from the perspective of transportation logistics providers in response to the Draft Pricing Rate Table attached to this notice. USTRANSCOM is seeking information to assist in further defining its requirement for end-to-end logistics of transportation and storage services of Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) belonging to U.S. service members and United States Government (USG) civilian employees worldwide. The overall scope of this program is to provide for the receipt, processing, transportation, storage, and delivery of POVs at Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations worldwide. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort has yet to be determined. For informational purposes only, this effort may potentially include NAICS 488999, All Other Support Activities for Transportation. The acquisition strategy of this requirement has yet to be determined.
