United States Transportation Command is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to modernize and support this application in a government-approved Cloud Service Provider (CSP) of the Government’s choice, leveraging cloud-managed services and automated pipeline technologies. The CSP will govern the rate of changes into any new environment. The desired end-state is to realize Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) as part of the CSP provided DevSecOps environment. The contractor shall support TEAMS-MPS in a cloud environment using agile development and provide technical and systems engineering support to the SDDC Enterprise (SDDC, AMC/A6, USTRANSCOM). The purpose of the support is to provide the best possible surface transportation automation and information and application services to the warfighter.
