The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to provide non-personal advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to provide program management, engineering, financial management, and acquisition related support to the USTRANSCOM Program Executive Office – TRANSCOM (PEO-T) mission area Acquisition Program Managers (PMs), Functional Managers (FMs), and Engineers. PEO-T is an acquisition program management organization chartered to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk to develop, field, and sustain effective enabling activities to support USTRANSCOM. The PEO-T manages acquisition programs, program-related activities, and select services acquisitions for USTRANSCOM and for its other associated and supporting organizations when USTRANSCOM requirements are included as part of the effort. The Contractor shall provide technical assistance and integration services across all disciplines within the PEO-T assigned acquisition programs and services acquisitions to include pre-acquisition activities. The disciplines include, but are not limited to: Configuration Management (CM), Test and Evaluation (T&E), Systems Engineering, Security Engineering, Program Management (PM) Support, Risk Management, Acquisition Support, and integration of all the disciplines.
