Key focus areas for sustainment include software module maintenance, system availability, and customer support. DPS is used worldwide on a daily basis and is needed to be operational 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. System support requires implementation of technology upgrades to improve system performance and implementation of software enhancements to improve system capabilities and customer usability.
