The purpose of this correspondence is to develop market research for the availability of two used Panamax-size ship-to-shore cranes and the potential of current owners interest in selling, delivering, and installing cranes at the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), (MOTCO) north of Concord, California.
