The purpose of this announcement is provide notice to industry of the Government's upcoming solicitation for "Enterprise Data and Analytic Environment" formerly known as Enterprise Data Environment and Big Data Analytic Capability. The United States Transportation Command intends to solicit this requirement as a small business set aside utilizing GSA IT Schedule 70, Category 132 51 IT Professional Services. The resulting task order will be a firm fixed price contract with cost reimbursement line items for travel and other direct costs. Under FAR 8.405-1 (d) Ordering procedures for Federal Supply Schedules, the Government intends to provide the RFQ to as many Schedule Contractors as practicable, consistent with market research. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is on or around 23 August 2019.
