The Transportation Geospatial Information System (TGIS) program provides USTRANSCOM and its component service commands a geospatial framework on both Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) Network (NIPRNET) and Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network (SIPRNET) environments which enable the sharing of geospatial data and imagery across the DoD transportation enterprise. TGIS provides essential geographical and visualization data services to support in-transit visibility (ITV) and management of ocean/surface movements as well as detailed transportation infrastructure information. Responses to this request for information are due no later than 11 February 2019 at 3p.m. Central Time.
