THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL - Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract on a sole source basis to Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation, 505 101th St, Atlanta GA 30318-5775. The current contract number HQ0034-18-C-0012 ends on December 23, 2018. The period of performance is estimated to be for two -month base period and two-month option periods totaling 4 months. The anticipated period of performance is 24 December 2018 to 23 April 2019. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The contract is intended to meet DISA's requirement to continue the development, and deployment of the Secure Integration Cloud (SIC), the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) and the encompassing system architecture known as Secure Web Services (SWS). These systems and architecture allow for data sharing, communication, and collaboration via existing TOP SECRET compartmented information networks. Currently, these services are going through a competitive acquisition under solicitation number TMR113020181532 with an anticipated award in fiscal year 2019. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611310 - Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools, with a size standard of $27.5 million.
