The Defense Health Agency’s Contracting Activity (DHA-CA), Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NEM-CD), is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested business concerns capable of providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support and a Commercially offered Contract Management Service Software (SaaS) platform, which has the minimum capabilities to perform Contract Management, Contract Planning, Contract Oversight, Surveillance, Workflow Automation, and Human Capital Management, to the Military Health System (MHS) Military Treatment Facilities (MTF’s) residing in NEM-CD CONUS area of responsibility (AOR).
