THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL - In pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of Joint Service Provider (JSP) intends to award a hybrid bridge contract on a sole source basis to NetCentrics Corporation, 205 Van Buren St, Suite 420, Herndon, VA 20170. The current contract no. HQ0034-19-C-0008 ends on 30 May 2019. The estimated period of performance is for a base period of two months with two two-month option periods, totaling six months of IT Support Services. The period of performance is anticipated to commence on 31 May 2019 to 29 November 2019. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The contract is intended to meet JSP's requirement for continued Information Technology (IT) Office Support Services for the Joint Service Provider (JSP), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), WHS, WHS Support Organizations (WSO), and Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). Additionally, IT support services will also be provided for the Office of General Counsel (OGC), Defense Legal Services Agency (DLSA), Central Adjudication Facility (CAF), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), and Office of Military Commissions (OMC) in order to meet mission and business requirements. Currently, these services are going through a competitive acquisition with an anticipated award in fiscal year 2019. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
