This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Modular Flooring System. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, DFARS Change 7/9/2021, and AFAC 2021-0726 . DESCRIPTION: This solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of the following commercial items: Installation is NOT part of this solicitation. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement. See Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics for Brand Name or Equal requirements. AWARD TYPE: Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order DELIVERY TERMS: FOB Destination. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation for award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The lowest price quote will be reviewed for technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is be based on conformance to the requirements detailed. If found technically acceptable, no further reviews will be conducted.
