This Synopsis is for the announcement of the upcoming Request for Proposal for the Theater Deployable Communications (TDC) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Bridge requirement on a sole source basis. This notice of proposed contract action represents the synopsis required by FAR 5.203(a). The information below is provided in accordance with FAR 5.207(a). Date/Year: 10 January 2025 Contracting Office ZIP Code and Address: See the bottom of notice Subject: Synopsis for the solicitation for the for the Theater Deployable Communications (TDC) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Bridge requirement Proposed Solicitation Number: TBD Contact Point: See the bottom of notice Description: This Contract will result in a single sole source award to the incumbent Contractor to provide continued mission support services for contractor comprehensive sustainment and support for the United States Air Force (USAF) TDC equipment and ensure reliable operations for all TDC systems. This will mitigate a potential gap in service while the TDC CLS Follow-On Contract is competed, awarded and transitioned. The bridge will feature a basic Period of Performance of one (1) year. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for this requirement has been issued and is presently in the approval process.
