Hanscom Air Force Base is seeking information in support of market research being conducted by the United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNI) to procure and integrate an Agile Communications Package (ACP) and Fly Away Communications Terminal (FACT) Tactical Radio (TR)/Tactical Data Link (TDL) Radio Frequency (RF) Mesh Network capability in accordance with the attached documents. Any information submitted by respondents in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that issubmitted by Offerors in response to this RFI.
