This requirement is for Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) Research and Support Services, formerly known as the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) support services. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, National Capital Region Contracting Division (NCR-CD) is conducting additional market research to supplement that received from the Government's related October 29, 2021 announcement. The ultimate goal of this is, like previous annoucements, to assess industry's capability to perform the services required by the Government and to aid in the development of requirements documents and acquisition strategy. This announcement includes a series of questions and/or concerns, responses to which would greatly enhance the Government's comprehension of the market. Also provided is a new revised draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Quotation (RFQ) at this time. Consequently, this notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract, nor will the Government pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The Government would like industry to address the questions attached. There is no limitation on the volume of information provided to the Government. Firms which have not responded to the previous announcement are encouraged to submit capabilities or experience briefs as well.
