The government is seeking innovative commercial solutions to develop, field, and support a modernized, high-fidelity, and fully standardized Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT) system. This effort is conducted under Commercial Solutions Opening procedures, with the intent to award a standalone commercial contract to a single vendor capable of delivering a complete virtual training package. The package includes software development, hardware delivery, curriculum integration, and on-site support infrastructure. Supporting documentation and a Performance Work Statement have been made available for review.
