The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision, necessary to perform unscheduled work repair of the No. 1 and No. 2 gas cooling chamber at the Yokota Air Base Incinerator Plant in a safe, timely and professional manner in accordance with applicable Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations, commercial manuals, and commercial standards and practices. The anticipated period of performance is to be confirmed with the offeror. To be eligible for awarding of the contract offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM).
