In accordance with FAR 10.001 and FAR 19.202-2, the government is conducting market research to find socioeconomic firms capable of satisfying this requirement. This sources sought synopsis (SSS) shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Submission of any information in response to this SSS is completely voluntary, and costs associated with any submission shall not be reimbursed by the Government. The Civil Engineering (CE) Squadron on Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) in Midwest City, Oklahoma is seeking support services for 31,000 military, civilians and contractors located at TAFB. The contractor shall provide operations management services to include: work requests, facilities, operations engineering, infrastructure, and central plant operations. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 561210 – Engineering Services, with a size standard of $41.5M. Interested firms are requested to provide the following information: General Information about your firm (Company Name, Address, Point of Contact with Telephone and FAX numbers and E-mail address, GSA Schedule Number (if applicable), Cage Code, DUNS Number, Tax ID Number); Capability Statement (company overview, qualifications, past performance).
