The services will be performed at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, with additional pick-up sites at Det. Fallbrook and NAVSEA Norco. An inspection period for the material is scheduled from March 26, 2026, through April 9, 2026. Bids must be submitted via commercial carrier only and must include a current EPA ID number.
