The US ARMY Contracting Command-Warren has a requirement for the following commercial single brand name and single platform/nameplate, General Transport Truck (GTT) and the Vehicle Recovery Truck (MTV) and common spare parts, to support AFRICOM security forces and other FMS customers as requested with the exception of the country of Iraq requirements. Items: 2019 model year or later for the General Transport Truck and Vehicle Recovery Truck: Both vehicles shall have a high-sulfur diesel engine, manual transmission, LHD-left hand drive and operator manuals written in English, French, and/or Arabic, per Specifications with a three-year common Spare Parts matrix list. This requirement will be solicited as a three (3)-year Requirements contract, Firm Fixed Price, FOB origin, Full and Open Competition, under solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0089. The estimated total quantities of each variant (LHD) for the three-year period is as follows: General Transport Truck - 44 and Vehicle Recovery Truck - 3. FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation will be used. This solicitation will be issued on or about 29 March 2019.
