The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting market research to identify sources for Domestic Surgical Masks product lines. DLA is collecting information only and does not guarantee that a solicitation will be issued or that any future solicitation will include all products attached to the questionnaire. DLA recognizes that surgical masks can be manufactured with components from various countries and seeks information to assess whether procurement opportunities for Domestic End Products currently exist or could fully qualify as Domestic End Products under DFARS 225.003. Interested parties should review and complete the attached Surgical Masks RFI and Attachment 1.
