This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is Static08022019 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. 4. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336411. The applicable small business size standard is 1,500EMP. 5. The 325 Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) at Tyndall AFB, FL is seeking potential sources for the disassembly, transport, reassembly, lift and mount of two (2) McDonnell Douglas F-15s and one General Dynamics F-16 at their designated display location (cement pad). The aircraft will originate from the 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) in Davis-Monthan, AZ. One F-15C 79-0069 and F-16A 80-0608 will be delivered to the Killey Center, 1210 Beacon Beach Parkway, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 (see Attachment 1). The 325 FW F-15C 80-0050 will be delivered to the Tyndall Airpark, 340 Georgia Avenue, Tyndall AFB FL 32403 (see Attachment 2). The Contractor will perform all work in accordance with the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. 6. The following line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are applicable to this acquisition: 0001 Aircraft disassembly for ground transportation 3EA 0002 Packing, crating, and shipping; build any special jigs or other necessary fixtures in order to secure parts for shipment 3EA 0003 Aircraft Transportation from Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) in Davis-Monthan, AZ to Tyndall AFB, FL 3EA 0004 Reassembly 3EA 0005 Mounting; mount aircraft on existing mounting hardware and tie down nose and wings of aircraft. Moutned/tied-down aircraft must be able to withstand winds up to a CAT IV hurricane (max winds 156 mph) 3EA 7. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are as follows: a.
