This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources for management and editing of the overall Standing Operation Procedures (SOP) rewrite/update for The Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATF-South)/ J3. This would consist of liaising with JIATF South’s J37 (project managers) to ascertain what has been completed, what tasks remain, and report progress until completion. Interfacing with all JIATF South directorates and staff offices to ensure all functions are outlined and properly documented in the SOP and professionally reformat the entire document (Annex’s, chapters, paragraphs, pages, diagrams, etc.). The JIATF SOP consists of over eight annexes with 60 Microsoft Word files, graphs, diagrams, and pictures (over 500 pages) generated by 8 directorates and various command staff offices. Document exchange requires SIPR access as well as storage for documents at the SECRET level. An unclassified version is also required, The editor will liaise with JIATF South’s Foreign Disclosure Office to reduce the final document classification into an additional version releasable to JIATF South Partner Nations (Central and South American Countries). Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to these sources sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to these sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to these sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the website for additional information pertaining to these sources sought.
