The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 1,400 usable square feet of commercial space within a ¼-mile radius of 231 Bedford Street, Stamford, CT 06901. The space must have secondary egress, adequate parking for about four Government vehicles both daytime and overnight, and must use the Government Lease, with draft lease documents attached. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering water/sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance, a breakdown bid for the attached construction build-out specs for relocations/new offices, and proof of active SAM registration with CAGE code and Unique Identifier. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award; registration can usually be completed 24–48 hours after submission but may take several weeks overall, and a notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator must be sent to GSA FSD within 30 days of activation.
