General Information: Sources Sought Notice Posted Date: 20 June 2019 Response Date: 8 July 2019 NAICS Code: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors Set-Aside Potential Small Business Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Space Command, 50 CONS, 210 Falcon Parkway, Suite 2116, Schriever AFB, CO, 80912-5006, UNITED STATES Description The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever AFB has a requirement to update four elevators in Building 400 at SAFB. Elevators one and two are traction type passenger units located on the north side of the facility. Elevator three is a hydraulic freight elevator located on the south side of the facility. Elevator four is a hydraulic passenger/service type elevator located adjacent to elevator 3 on the south side of the facility. The project will address the Cab Finishes, Controls, Doors, Door Hardware, Door Controls, Wearable Parts, Cab Lighting, and Overall Code Compliance. See Attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 6 June 2019. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors.
