Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking information on potential SBA Total Small Business vendors capable of providing conversion and posting of Army Techniques Publications (ATPs) to the Army Doctrine Portal in milWiki. The contractor shall convert no more than 100 ATP’s in a year in Microsoft Word or PDF format to milWiki capable format and post information to the Army Doctrine Portal in milWiki. A monthly progress report will be annotated and submitted to the COR. A monthly teleconference will be conducted as needed to discuss current projects, projected projects, and review contract performance.
