The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever AFB has a requirement to construct three 4000 psi, 4' x 4' concrete pedestals on the roof of building 400 and all necessary communications conveyance to support antennas. See Attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 21 Aug 2019. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238110 Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. IAW AFFARS MP 5332.7 (a) the following statement applies: "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
