Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) is requesting the conversion of JBER's existing HVAC system to Automated Logic (ALC). The ALC system provide a multiple layer process that provides the users with an ability to remotely monitor, control, adjust, and program the base HVAC systems from an existing front end computer. The use of brand name description is essential to this requirement, thereby precluding consideration of a product manufactured by another company. The part list for this requirement must be procured from the manufacturer, Automated Logic, to ensure maximum system compatibility (see attachment 2). Please see attachment 1 for more technical details/Statement of Work. Any interested parties that can work within these systems and can acquire the sole source parts list may express interested to the PoC by 12 August.
