The U.S. Government is seeking to procure 1,500 Annual SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced A1000 software licenses on a small business set-aside basis, contingent on at least two qualified small businesses responding with sufficient information to support the set-aside. All small businesses, including 8(a), small disadvantaged, HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, and women-owned concerns, are encouraged to identify their capabilities to meet the requirement at a fair market price. This is a Sources Sought Notice only, and the Government may not be able to set aside the requirement if sufficient small business responses are not received.
