The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, parts and labor necessary to perform the inspection and cleaning of all commercial hoods and ducts, filters, fan assemblies, and exhaust systems covered by the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
