This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT940624R0004. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 are incorporated. The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) has a requirement for a non-personal services contract that provides data management system for Point of Care Testing that provides software license, service, support, and maintenance for the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) and 633 Medical Group at Langley Air Force Base (AFB), to include instrument interfacing between the point-of-care devices and Military Health System (MHS) Genesis for a 1 year base period of performance and four 1 year option periods. The estimated period of performance is outlined below: Base Period: 01 January 2024 through 31 December 2024 Option Period 1: 01 January 2025 through 31 December 2025 Option Period 2: 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026 Option Period 3: 01 January 2027 through 31 December 2027 Option Period 4: 01 January 2028 through 31 December 2028 The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Southeastern Contracting Division (SEM-CD) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
