For the anticipated solicitation, the Sixth Fleet European AOR will be defined as the coastline of Europe in its entirety within a country that maintains an International Agreement with the United States that addresses primary jurisdiction procedures for U.S. Military personnel. The attached documents include complete instructions for submitting proposals to be considered for award purposes along with the detailed scope of work and terms and conditions.
