Please see attached J&A and Performance Work Statement (PWS) This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition - one responsible source. The applicable NAICS Code is 611210. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Sports Network International, Inc. The MCI-NCR RCO intends to award this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for the procurement of Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC) Drill Championship services and support. Award is expected to be made on or around 10 February, 2020, in accordance with fair opportunity under Far Part 13 procedures. The contract is for a period of a base year from 10 February 2020 through 09 February 2021 with four (4) one (1) year options. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources and sources with experience supporting MCJROTC or similar commands are encouraged to submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
