Where should contractor include the cost of requested Emergency site visit on page 17-24? An amendment to the solicitation will be posted shortly. The contractor shall replace any degraded or failing parts. Does this include material and labor while in conjunction with a regular scheduled PM? Or are there spare parts on hand?
